Auto-Jet®
We provide a wide range of precoat filters for the following:
- Filtering leach solutions
- Organic recovery in Copper SXEW circuits
- Uranium leach liquors
These processes are filtered with precoat filters or high rate pressure media filters fabricated of materials suitable for the service. We supply pressure media filters contructed of high grade alloys for filtering highly corrosive solutions.

The Merrill-Crowe process
Whittier Filtration is currently active in the Merrill-Crowe process which removes precious metals from a cyanide solution by zinc precipitation. By using our Auto-Jet® and Filtra-Matic® an extremely clear solution can be produced.
Copper
We offer solutions to problems associated with the PLS (Pregant Leach Solution). The Auto-Jet® or Filtra-Matic® offer solutions to filtering the aqueous/organic/fine clay that can ultimately cause major upsets in the systems.
